Can't comment on accommodation or meals as we've arranged our own meals and stayed back in Queenstown. However, the premium Milford tour ex-Queenstown is one of the highlights of our stay in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand. The bus trip was very restful with interesting commentary by our experienced bus driver, and the Milford Sound cruise is a remarkable experience that would be a must for every visitor. We've deeply appreciated the beauty of our nature, experienced a brief shower at the fresh rain-soaked waterfall by the edges of the deeply carved cliffs, came close to a herd of sun-baking seals, and even got to wave at a passenger cruise ship which was tiny by scale in comparison to the majestic peaks of the Milford mountains. As the weather improved more in the later afternoon, we were able to return home by air which is also another spectacular experience to view the amazing landscape (p.s. having done the helicopter tour a week before, the plane trip was less visceral but a quicker way to return home for dinner!). Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the best of South Island.
