A fabulous four- five hours of sea kayaking on New Zealand's iconic milford including a stop for lunch on a secluded beach.
Whatever the weather – if it’s teaming with rain, shrouded in mist or glistening in the sunshine – Milford Sound is one of the most exceptional places to paddle.
Join a experienced guide and small group of kayakers to explore this spectacular fiord, paddling towards the iconic Mitre Peak. Four to five hours kayaking involved, with a stop on a secluded beach for lunch (weather permitting). Should we catch an afternoon breeze we’ll raft up the kayaks and sail back together – sweet!
Milford Sound is home to unique birds and wildlife; view seals chilling on rocks and playing in shallows just meters away. On occasion dolphins and very rare Fiordland Crested Penguins visit the sound providing privileged photo opportunities.
